70% watch TV or use their computer for 25 hours a week or more.
It is a big problem because at the moment people who watch TV and play computer games don't think this is very important. This maks people bored and they will do their homework using the computer.
One way to solve the problem is if people play games at home.
Another way to help is if people do physical activities like playing football,going swimming, playing baskteball...
